CAREER ADVISORY launched its subsidiary: CHINMAYAM CONSULTANTS INC as a Delaware Corporation. Our Guru, Swami Chinmayananda, has been the guiding force behind our success. It is his birth centenary and CHINMAYAM is our dedication to him and in his memory.
Pramod Sharma appointed as the President of the company. First office opened in Dallas, TX.
Opened Sales office in Sacramento, CA. Listed as preferred vendor with 4 companies to provide Temp Staffing

MARKETING CONSULTING
Started Marketing Consulting as a new line of business, helping clients to expand their revenue base and build their brand.
EDUCATIONAL CONSULTING
Consolidated all services related to Educational Institutes (Consulting, Training, Recruitment, Operations, Admissions) under Educational Consulting.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING (RPO)
RPO was started as an extension to Recruitment line of business. RPO is where US Manpower staffing companies outsource their recruitment headcounts to another location. This is very useful for small-medium clients as the resources in India are shared and reduces the cost burden on client.

REAL ESTATE CONSULTING
Started consulting for Real Estate companies to help them achieve PEAK PERFORMANCE by effective Project Management, helping them significantly reduce the time and cost of construction.
2011
RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT SERVICES
We started Recruitment and placement services. We tied with colleges to place their students for internships and jobs. Reached out to companies to outsource their Recruitment activity to us.
Executive Search was added to recruitment services. We started recruitment for Healthcare and Education sector.
TRAINING DIVISION LAUNCHED
Started Training and Development for Corporates and Individuals as natural extension of Recruitment and Consulting
EXPANSION & RESTRUCTURING
Expanded the company by acquiring stake in Vriksh Consulting a 17 year consulting practice. Added professional management team and brought in Corporate Structure

HEALTHCARE CONSULTING
Started Health Care Consulting division with focus on Hospitals, Clinics and Healthcare applications / Medical Startups.
Added Medical admissions to the Admission Services.
2009
ADMISSION SERVICES
We started Admission services as a new line of business. We signed agreements with various colleges in India and started programs to introduce students to professional courses and getting them admissions to professional courses.
2008
START OF BUSINESS CONSULTING DIVISION
Started Business Consulting division with focus on helping clients achieve PEAK PERFORMANCE. We focused on moving our clients from PAIN to GAIN.
Family Counselling, Teenage counselling and Relationship Counselling services were added to the portfolio. Company tied with Psychiatrists to offer Psychiatric help to those who needed it.
2007
OUR BIRTH
Hema Bajaj, a Family & Student Counsellor formed Career Advisory as a Sole Proprietor company. Focus of the company was to counsel students about their career options after school. Students and children were counselled on coping with the changes and relationships.
Started EDUCATION CONSULTING division, helping Educational institutes with Education Pedagogy, Business Processes, Student Development programs, Faculty Development Programs and Management Development Programs
